Frank is a Chicago native, a graduate of Northern Illinois University MBA program and is also a seasoned law enforcement officer for the State of Illinois. It was there, amongst some of the states most dangerous and notorious criminals that Frank recognized the importance of owning and becoming proficient in the use of firearms, in order to protect himself and his family from potential threats.

Frank has developed a love and admiration for all things guns. He has a growing gun collection containing many different kinds of firearms. He shoots several times a week in order to hone his skills and maintain a level of proficiency that allows him to compete amongst the states top shooters in USPSA competitive matches. Along with understanding the importance of firearm safety and the need to carry, Frank definitely tries to emphasize the importance of making training fun and exciting, so a sense of humor is always a must with him.

His passion for guns led him to become an NRA certified pistol instructor. He currently teaches an array of pistol courses that range from “Intro to Pistol” to more advanced courses such as “Defensive Shooting”, that mimic real life scenarios.

Amber is also a Chicago native and a graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She is a full-time wife and mother to three little ones. Although she was an English major in college, she is also well-versed in the language of firearms and firearm safety. Amber understood while growing up in the inner-city of Chicago that owning a firearm and being able to confidently use it is imperative. Although she is married to an officer of the law, she recognized how important it is for herself and every woman to always be able to protect yourself. Amber’s firearm journey began ten years ago, when she shot her first pistol. Since then, Amber has trained regularly by several professional and highly skilled competitive shooters. She is now an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and a Certified Illinois Concealed Carry Instructor who specializes in “Women’s Defense” courses.
